We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept exchanges or return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day the goods were delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible to exchange or return an item/s, they must:

  • be received by us within the timeframe specified above.
  • be unused and in the same condition you received them. Items that have been worn cannot  be returned.
  • have no fake tan, make up or other marks.
  • not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.
  • have all original labels and packaging.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

Return/exchanges which fail to comply with the above will be returned back to the purchaser.
We are unable to process exchanges/refunds until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Face masks (for health reasons)

For refunds, we can issue you a store credit or send you back money directly to the original method of payment used for purchase (excluding original shipping cost). We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.
